This residential workshop will provide opportunities to slow down, notice, explore, and express the amazing processes and possibilities present in each moment. Through presentations, meditation, exercises, and encounters with Nature and the Earth, we will offer tools for increasing awareness and fluidity in accessing the life, wisdom, and creativity present within you.
Facilitators: David Rynick is a certified life coach and leadership consultant, Zen teacher, professional potter, improvisational dancer, and licensed Maine sea kayak guide. Tamara Scarlett-Lyon is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Counselor in Seattlewith training in Process Work, Cranio-Sacral Work, Kundalini Yoga, and other healing modalities. She is also a Hospice volunteer and Sufi Healing Order member.
