Universal Awakening

Dear  Friends on the Path of Awakening -

I am heartened to see who has so far decided to join me at Ghost Ranch!  This will be a very special event for me, as it will be my only group retreat for 2009. Personally, I am looking forward to returning to Ghost Ranch and northeast New Mexico.  It is an area that speaks deeply to my soul.  I propose that those who will be coming consider joining me in two events prior.

First, in January I will begin a retreat on-line preparation class for those coming to Ghost Ranch, at no additional charge.  This will allow us to get to know each other better, to begin practices together, and to bring our presence to the issues seeking to be born within each of us prior to the retreat, supporting a yet deeper process for us as a group and as individuals while at Ghost Ranch. Second, I wish to visit the Murakkaba of Murshid Sam Lewis just prior to the retreat.

I am imagining we will get a better sense of who is coming by the middle of January. I will begin the class, inviting those people to consider joining me, soon after that.  I have been incredibly busy these past two years, creating and administering a school oriented toward supporting the awakening of children preschool - high school. It has been a lot of work. It is good work and I am over ready to enjoy our Ghost Ranch adventure! When I hear who will be joining me on the pilgrimage to Sam Lewis' burial place, I will organize the logistics of that trip.

We are about to enter the darkest time of the year, and then as we all know from the depth of that blackness, a new light will be born.
